We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your MEPSub account and what happens to your data.
You have two options to delete your MEPSub account:
Log in to MEPSub → Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
Send an email to privacy@mepsub.net from the email address associated with your account. Include "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in the subject line. We will process your request within 48 hours.
Use the form at the bottom of this page to submit a deletion request directly. We will verify your email and process the request.
What we retain: Anonymized, aggregated usage analytics (no personal data). Financial records as required by law (tax records retained for 7 years per IRS requirements).
Consider these alternatives before permanently deleting your account:
Export your data first: Log in → Settings → Data Export to download all your estimates, submittals, invoices, and documents as CSV/PDF files.
Downgrade instead: Switch to the Free plan ($0/mo) to keep your account and data while paying nothing. You keep 5 projects, 10 estimates/month, and 2 GB storage.

Enter the email address associated with your MEPSub account. We will send a confirmation email to verify your identity before processing the deletion.
We've received your deletion request. A confirmation email has been sent to your address. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) to verify and confirm the deletion. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, contact privacy@mepsub.net.
